Yay! No more discs!

So.. I have since release(not in beta) been discing in 1/5 games. It happens in such a way that i don't even get the loading screen - just countdown and "you have been disconnected"

In the beginning I was a trooper and I just kept playing. I ended up being like top 80 on europe ladder (in points - not skill)

But then one day, maybe 4 weeks ago (at my peak - maybe 1500ish at the time), i logged on played 3 games and lost them all - i usually don't get angry, but it did annoy me. I then proceeded to get 4 discs in a row. After punching a hole in the wall (seriously... it sucks.. i dunno how to fix it.) I decided that i couldnt play the game with discs all the time

Then today - i uninstalled Norton "anti"virus( This program is seriously more like spyware..) cause my buddy told me it sucks - and since then i've gone 17-3 :D no discs!

Norton is super bloated and crappy, but you should have some sort of antivirus. I use the free version of Avira and I've had no problems with it at all for the past couple years.

Norton is gross! Get avast, it's much better

I'm using Microsoft security essentials. It's working pretty good for somethings that free.

Hmm I use Norton and I've never had any problems at all. Everything runs smooth and I find it to be a very clean application. It's the opposite with me. Other anti-viruses seem to cause me problems. To each their own I guess.
