Apparently, auto-thumbnail no longer works for large images? Not sure what's up with that, but if you want to read this week's comic you can click here, I guess.
Background info: Bobo the Fearless Warrior (later renamed to the equally ridiculous Bobu the God-Pigeon) was a comic my friend K.O. made shortly after we completed work on Requiem. Its theme was reminiscent of, and probably directly inspired by, Frank Herbert's Dune. Bobo would be the stand-in for Paul Muad'Dib, but Bobo was less of a political leader and more of a murderous assassin. He was every bit the "messiah" that Muad'Dib was, though.
Bobo's story is not mine to tell so I won't be doing any more of these. I always found it incredibly hilarious to read and couldn't resist doing at least one. I could never get the idea out of my head that these creatures all looked like scrotums castrating one another in panel after panel of gruesome violence while a "serious" political monologue hovered overhead.
It's one of those things that only 1 person in 10 finds funny, but I'm one of those people and I can't help but bust up laughing.
