very niceee. As someone who goes to to the gym 3-4 times a week for the past 4-5 years of my life, I can understand how you feel with your new body =p.

Honestly, having a bigger chest, broader shoulders gives you a big confidence boost. Congratulations on your results, some very big gains there. Unfortunately, what you managed to achieve in a month (talking to a random stranger and hittin her up), I haven't been able to do in years =(.

I'm actually in a very similar predicament atm, how'd you gain the weight just wondering. I can't gain weight for beans. A total change in attitude makes all the difference with girls.

You were a skinny redhead guy that played alot of starcraft and you said you were popular with girls in highschool?

EDIT: Did I read that right... 14lbs from June 21st? 14lbs in 4 weeks is definitely not all muscle. What you should do is take your body fat % (use a scale that does this electronically) then any weight gain you get you can calculate how much of the gain was actual muscle.


oh ya I'm definitely sure its not all muscle, i mean I'm drinking a gallon of whole milk every day and doing ZEROOOOOO cardio, so there's gonna be some fat

but the main goal I'm getting at is parkour, so right now i'm focusing on the pounds, then ima start running while taking gymnastics during the school year, so i'm really not worried about being able to shed the fat content, I was very adept at running in high school.
