Under my current employ I encode movies for divx. As a result I know the outline plot of the majority of films that have been released this year. Tell me what sort of movie you are looking for and I will try to drop a solid recommendation for you. (Hint: If you ask for the best movie this year, I will recommend Inception)  | ||

Sherlock Holmes There was also a recent re-release of an old classic. I will need to find the title. Die-hard or A Team esque? Mindless violence but still funny as hell. It doesn't have to be from any time recent Cop Out wasn't a 10/10, but it was definitely mindless. It had nice off beat dialog and a winding shift sort of plot a lot like Pirates of the Caribbean or any other Jerry Bruckheimer flick. (Note that its a Kevin Smith film that mostly fell to the wayside) Throwing out a super niche: An old school film that no one knows was remade. ManHunter (directed by Michael Mann) is often times directly plagiarized by Silence of the Lambs | ||

Can you recommend me any psychological horror? If you've seen The Poughkeepsie Tapes, something along those lines? Anything else I may not be aware of? If you can find the British version of The Cave go with that. The US version is no where near as satisfying. Can you recommend me a murder mystery, something recent please. Cheers!
