Now, when I play at home, the game only gets about 20-30 fps on low settings. My internet is pretty shitty and I sometimes have to wait for videos to finish buffering on youtube. Now, when I play at the university library, the game gets about 150-175 fps on low settings, but only about 10-20 on high. The internet at the university is super fast and buffers videos in no time. I am going back to Korea this summer and the Internet there is way faster than the internet i have here. So my question, is it my laptop that is screwing my fps,or is it my internet connection? I don't care about playing on high settings(although it would be nice) I just want to play so I can have good control in my games. Right now, its hard to pick 3 drones to go to an extractor and the mouse is way slower than I want it to be.
