God damnit, like, 10 game losing streak

God damnit, i was on a fucking roll and now fucking 10 game losing streak.

Every game, a new strategy hits me, and i get steam rolled. first mass marauders i can handle (i'm zerg by the way). then fast hovercrash rush. then fast protoss laser ship thing rush. then phoenix rush. then zergling all in in ZvZ. it's like holy shit.

i guess it's only a matter of time before i see all the different strategies there are in the opening, and not be down within the first 2 minutes. then i can start doing better, cause i think my management style is my strong point.

I was in the same situation a few days ago. I went from 1580 Plat to ~1420 after a ~9 game losing streak, it was a real downer. Was especially rage-inducing due to the fact that all of the games were lagging like hell.

there was a point when I played SC1 that I went from being A- to B/B-. I remember it being a 26 game losing streak. I lost had lost all hope after 20, but I came back and I got A- AGAIN a few weeks afterwords.

practically every game i've played since i finnished my placement matches my opponent has gone some kind of one-base timing attack/cheese if i hold it off he just try's something else, hold off 2 attacks and he's out of money and it's gg. Predict my winrate will increase if this is all they do on my current level once i get more experience in dealing with all kinds of attacks ^_^

god this build is used by so many players, the kicker is they dont micro (or micro poorly) and totaly get crushed

Keep your head up and just do something different for a day or an afternoon / evening.
You just need to relax your mind and then focus back on the game.

Else I can just advice you to watch Day[9] Daylie #110.

When I lose more than 3 games in a row I prefer to take a little break and just look up new strats. Mixing things up usually helps, even if you are uncomfortable with the build you are using.

I think everyone would feel good about their game when nothing happens to mess up their build or econ. glgl future games

At Silver league, No body expands EVER.
It's just mass mass mass and see who run out of money first.

And voidrays = instant win in pretty much all my non protoss matches.

I vote that from now on, all references to fast void ray be called "fast protoss laser ship thing rush".
