EPTThey're definitely an instrumental and lyric-based band, as many of their songs have a lot wonderful stories in them. Personal favorites are "K" and "Laughmaker."
In their latest single, I believe, they had a bonus (secret) track titled the Three Old Men, figured I'd translate it for some people that might enjoy it :D It's a rough translation, so don't kill me :x It's so ridiculous, yet catchy <3

Kinda exposes the vocalist. I don't know if a "better" vocalist would work, though, per se. Because it's his crude style that fits with the folklore-theme of the band, IMO.
