Anyone watch Parks and Recreation? Or Funny People? This guy is absolutely hilarious and his DVD is out too. I feel like he speaks for or to people of my age (early-mid 20s). Some of the stuff he says and the way he says is like the definition of people growing up in the internet age, a little suburban thug, a little wild and exaggerated.
I saw his Comedy Central special (this clip is taken from that). He's really funny and Im one of the ones who has a really strange sense of humor so I don't find too many stand up comedians that notable. Aziz is one of the few exceptions.
I second this recommendation and give this thread two thumbs up.
Parks and Recreation is a very average comedy, with him being the stand out of the show for me. Have you ever seen Human Giant? I love that show but I've only seen it on late late night.

This is so true - this sketch from Human Giant shows off how good he is at it:
With very (and I mean VERY) few exceptions, I don't find most of his stand-up funny at all. With some of the good material he's capable of crafting, you wouldn't believe some of the shit he incorporates into his act. Totally hit and miss with this guy.
The same thing is true of Aubrey Plaza. Here is her fucking brilliant, dead-on Sarah Silverman impression:
After watching this, it's hard to believe this is the same person performing this act:
I love Parks and Recreation, but most of the cast aren't exactly strong stand-up comics.
