Say I'm uploading a YouTube video but dont want to completely own my upload speed, so I set FireFox to only be able to upload at 50 kb/s... etc. I used to use NetBalancer and another program as a backup but they both dont seem to work on Windows 7 64 bit. After doing some search i found ony 1 freeware alternative - "Traffic Shaper XP" found here , not shure if it's good thou. And bacause i can't restart my comp now, i can't check it. If you try it, then give feedbak here please  | ||
