Anyone know a good program to use for limiting your download/upload speeds?
Say I'm uploading a YouTube video but dont want to completely own my upload speed, so I set FireFox to only be able to upload at 50 kb/s... etc.
I used to use NetBalancer and another program as a backup but they both dont seem to work on Windows 7 64 bit.
Thanks!

Could this Firefox Addon be helpful? Or do you want something that is able to affect more programs?

If you're using a router that supports it and are comfortable fiddling with it you could replace the stock firmware with DD-WRT. It has QoS (Quality of Service) settings that allow you to limit bandwidth on a per Application/Port, IP or MAC basis. This would allow you shape traffic on an individual machine or even across your entire network. I don't have the time at the moment to write a guide but there is plenty of information out there regarding DD-WRT and its features. If you're not comfortable tweaking some of the more advanced features in your router's stock firmware then you'll probably want to avoid DD-WRT though.
