If you are going for homemade you gotta make the meat and bread yourself if you can spare the time tastes much better - especially important to make the bread. I know everything worth to know about mcd burgers since I worked there for a year and the only burger I ever buy is Big Mac (note that mcd uses slightly different ways to make burgers in different countries, If I remember correctly US has a style not used in Europe) Mcd makes a burger from scratch very well timed so that it's hot and really fresh. Then it's put in this "oven" that's about 80°C (visible for all customers). I prefer mine after they have been in the oven for about 5 minutes but anything from fresh to 10 minutes is OK. After 10 minutes they throw the burger away. sometimes the kitchen has to little staff to make burgers just in time so instead they make a lot all the time whiteout wasting any and eventually a guest will get a disgusting burger. That's why i'm always quite sneaky when I order. I don't like the food at BK at all | ||
