I would generally tell you this in person because it is the mature thing to do but I am not sure when I will see you next.
I really think that we should not be in a relationship right now for a few reasons. First off, we hardly get to see each other. I have only seen you in person four or five times in real life and to me it is pretty painful to only see you once in a while; to that I am sure you agree. This separation causes a few problems when we do see each other. We are so close when I come up to Foco or Sterling that it is almost overwhelming and I always feel shitty at the end of the day because I know that it only lasts a day and then I have to wait again to see you. You moving to Foco would help a little bit but while I am in school I work most weekends and pretty soon those hours are going to be vital in order for me to afford my schooling. Please do not take this the wrong way because it could be easily distorted. I am willing to talk about it if you would like but my phone died again and my new one won’t be here until next week so you would need to call me.

Ok this went exactly as I planned! I sent her the letter and she read it, called me and the first thing she said was "I have a funny story to tell you Ethan". I listened then we talked about what I had sent her and she said she understood but she still really likes me and asked if I would be ok with getting together later in life when she moved to Foco. Of course I said possibly kekeke and then we just talked for a bit and she told me her friends reactions that I am a "sissy" and I "should have thought of the distance thing beforehand". It went well and she is upset but being extremely mature about this

. Obviously it's up to you, but if you're so busy are you really going to have time for a girlfriend who's closer anyway? I've never seen distance as a big reason not to have a relationship if you care about the other person and think she's interesting.
