ok so the other admin locked my other thread in Gernal forum because i posted it in the wrong forum ( i think thats why ).
and for the most part i wanted to go to doctor but it had already been a really long time of resting ( 9 hours in bed and drinking water / 7up / etc.) and about 10 minutes ago i had some chicken noodle soup and within 10 seconds of swallowing the first bite i started to projectile vomit and got some on my bed but saved most of it for the toilet. and i can say without a doubt all the shit i just threw up was liquid than i have drinking today combined with the dirreaha ofc. anyway after that i wanted to finish the chicken noodle because i definatley threw up everything i had eaten today and after i finished the chicken noodle soup without throwing up again and i feel 10x better. i know it doesnt matter but im pretty stooked because it was a fucking horrible 9 hours.
this was due to food poisoning btw

Why would you drink something acidic/fizzy like 7up?
When I had food poisoning I spent most of the day resting and drinking water.
Only in the evening when I was really hungry I had some toast and chicken soup.
It's great when you feel better afterwards though.

7up or gingerale is good for you when you are sick, however you are not suppose to drink it when its carbonated, or cold. You are suppose to drink it flat and warm so it doesnt upset your stomache. gingerale is the best because it contains ginger root, which is a natural herb that reduces nausea.

TO be honest, all the people with the gatorade advice are doing well. I had a really intense stomach flu for several days (throwing up constantly the entire time), and roll-aids and gatorade got me through it. Plus tons of sleep.

Maybe if u can find some small brand mom and pop label of ginger ale it will contain real ingredients with sugar instead of the high fructose crap.
