Your priority should be the probes. Probes have to be microed against zerglings, cannons don't. However, you also want to stop cannons that haven't finished building yet. But since his wall cannon finished, you made the right choice of running by and harrassing the main probes instead of trying to kill the wall cannon. If you had tried to kill the cannon, you would have taken significant ling losses and he could have possibly microed his probes well to take care of the rest of the lings. Solid win IMO.

But yes, you shouldn't 12 hatch on Tau Cross. It's dangerous, especially ZvP. (Equally dangerous ZvT, come to think of it, but not as much).
