I'm on the lookout for an iPod dock or some computer speakers that are less than $100. I like a strong bass in general, but that doesn't mean I don't care about clarity for higher notes in my music. I know it's hard to find good speakers in this price range, but I'm on a budget and want some opinions on which speakers to buy.
I'm going to be using these at home, so portability is not a concern.
Right now I'm looking at either the Logitech Z-4's and Creative Inspire T3200's.
Any recommendations from TLers would be great. Thanks

I'd recommend Bo---- oh wait, right. A hundred bucks.
Basically in that price range you're not going to get any kind of superb audio quality, and frankly, anything that comes with a pair of speakers and a subwoofer will do you just fine, as far as I know.

What's this for? Gaming? You could probably get decent headphones for $100.

i bought the ihome dock. it works with almost all the ipods (i think). it's cheap and simple. the sound quality isn't amazing or anything but it gets the job done.
