So tomorrow is the first Spanish test of the semester and to be honest I am nervous, the teacher at the start of the class said learning a language some would have to get over the hurdle especially those who did not take language in high school or in some other form. Even the homework that is given are in Spanish, including the instructions.
I have been practicing since she announced the test would be on the 22nd. Since then I have been practicing, I have especially been focusing on numbers, colors, and greetings. Yet I know that won't be the entire focus of the test. So I'm worried.
Sometimes I wish life was like the Matrix where I could just download this kind of knowledge into my Brain and be done with it.

I'm so glad I'm no longer in school.

Don't worry man. I passed Spanish I and Spanish II both with A's, and I was almost certain I'd do terrible at a new language...
Also, Whenever I'm at school I wish I could download stuff into my brain too... hah.. I bet alot of people feel like that :D

Downloading.... Prospects of stealthblue test.... grim...
I'm just playing hope everything goes well for you tomorrow! Just keep reading the book and rehearse the tasks or assignments your professor has given. I'm sure you'll do good just have positive attitude which sometimes feels like I should take that advice as well. XD
Edit: one of the things the teacher tested me on were alphabets, greetings, accents (punctuation wise), and speaking. to be more precise the professor would say a letters and we would write them down to make a word. then he would make us fill-in-the-blanks of sentences.

Am I right if i translate that to be: Listen, I wish for you good luck. This language is not anything easy, but I'm sure that (q=que?), you'll be fine. *what is "won" (assuming that its spanish and i didn't fail)

Your translation is correct. I think won / weon is slang used in some countries to refer to people, like dude, but im not sure, it's not used here or in spain for sure.

Very good! I'm impressed =)
I wouldn't expect anybody that isn't South American to know what the word "won" means and you'll NEVER see it in a test, because actually, it is the abbreviation of another word, "guevon", which is a very informal word that roughly translates to "bud, pal, comrade, etc" and is only used in certain countries in South America.
And yes, "q" = "que", very good!
The best translation for what I said up there translates as:
"Hey, I wish you good luck; this language isn't easy at all, but I'm sure that you'll do well bro ;D"
Edit: A question, I've never taken a Spanish course and I'm wondering, do your teachers speak to you only in Spanish? I think I was once passing by a class and the teacher was speaking in Spanish to her students lol I'm not sure what the level was but I'd say around Spanish IV or V.
