Where did I even say that you have to be black to not get mugged? Even tho being black would help, you don't have to be.

I lived in harlem for an year and a half
I've never been mugged before o.O

I lived in NYC for 15 years, traveling and always going to random parts of NYC (dangerous ones as well), never got mugged, never will get mugged, never consider the situation of being mugged and I always look up. GG.
