The Kespa players that played at the Kespa invitational (MLG) don't have an international SC2 page. The results are shown in their Korean page in tournament results, yet the actual results aren't included in their win/loss ratio.

Maybe they should have an international page?

ESEA S1-3 are in, S4 will be going in as well.

GSL has always been in and always will be.

Hi, I'm just wondering a bit how to get on the TLPD. I've been playing for a long time and I have had this TLPD made of me:

My ID is shinyA, not MensA and the person who submitted those results only ever submitted my losses lol

Also, if you look back:

You can see that back then I had played a game that was recorded, me beating Machine, but when you click my name it says "Invalid player". I have recent games that would qualify for TLPD statistics, such as my games in this season of ESEA where I beat known players already in the TLPD.

I'm wondering how to get things updated now and in the future!

Don't mean to be a pain but we want to use some TLPD stats in our finals broadcast and was wondering if the Grand Prix could get put in before then? Some of the maps we have little amounts of official stats on and most from this tournament. two questions, where are the proleague matches from the last 10 days? And could you include glicko2 rating aside of Elo? Elo is cool but glicko is superior is a few ways, having both couldnt hurt son, tks!

Couldn't find evidence if this has been implemented, but I've realized that the Liquipedia pages are updated waaay more frequently than the TLPD. And I'm assuming that results in Liquipedia are pretty well vetted?

If so, wouldn't it be a good idea to write a script for scrapping a tournament page's result and inputting that into TLPD? That will save a lot of time for the database guys I will imagine. So all they have to do is just go to the tournament page, verify the results visually, and run the script.

I don't think this is as easy as you'd go about thinking, Max, a lot of times the LP page has a partial bracket, not a full bracket. In addition there are a lot of tournaments that LP only covers with having the winner and runner up. You'd have to make this "script" go through every tournament in the tournaments category, which wouldn't be that feasable. There are some tournaments there that TLPD doesn't cover and vice versa. In addition, you'd ahve to have a way to link players in TLPD with players in a bracket on LP, are you just going to do simple string matching? No, there's a lot of problems with this and in addition this would be easily exploitable, as the script would likely be running as a cron job people could identify when TLPD was updated, which would give them time to change LP right before the script runs. A lot of people who make editor on LP have the ability to be malicious. How would the script work with tournaments that are being updated over the course of weeks? How would it interperate group stages? It's just a bad plan.

Hey Drazak,

I guess I should have elaborated more on the script I was thinking about. I was thinking of a simpler script that is run on a specific tournament page. Not a general 'liquipedia-crawler' kind of script which auto-updates itself.

So if I were a TLPD updater for example, I will first look at the tournament page which I want to extract the results into TLPD, seeing how complete and accurate it is. Once I've verified its accurate, I'll just run the script on that particular tournament page.

while that's a lot less powerful than what you were proposing, it will nullify most of the incomplete/inaccurate concerns which you've listed
