You can also use the search to see what names are available. For example, go to search, leave everything blank except for the username field on the bottom right and try typing in a partial or complete name. Then click the show button.
ex: all the people who have 'micro' in their nick:
http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/search.php?q=&t=c&f=all&u=micro&gb=date
Just click 'show'

Hello. Could I have my name changed from "pLaTypu5" to "El.Divino"?
There are two other active forum members named "CaptainPlatypus" and "nvnplatypus" and I want to distinguish from them, as well as not steal their glory and love for the platypus.
