The SCV building his fact would get taken down so he wouldn't be able to get vultures, and he only had two marines and couldn't take them out of the bunker and he'd need like three marines to take down that vulture. And he's playing Flash.
He would only need 2 rines to take down a red vulture while leaving 1 in the bunk. His factory would have been slowed until the next marine came out, but I don't think that's worth giving up over.

lol there's no way they would give him a loss. it's not the player's fault. when technical difficulties like this happen, a rematch is always immediately issued
