Don't know if that's true but sounds like it's what's happening in Chinese esports.
well in chinese esports you have kids of billionaire, throwing some millions is like throwing cents for us
Have you seen this video? Really cool demonstration of what money looks like to a billionaire.

Well, those teams do well for short period of time. But if you want to have team with longterm succes, you need healthy economy. You need those players to pay for themselves,
When you have tens or even hundreds of millions to spend you really don't

MVP is kespa
fake kespa
what even is real kespa anymore.
SKT, pulling that thing with Parting was a total Kespa move. Maybe KT as well. herO smiles once in a while so CJ isn't real Kespa, Jin Air has Maru and never played BW as Jin Air, Startale and Prime have fans in LR threads, so definitely definitely fake Kespa, and MVP has MarineKing, enough said.
Samsung no longer has a LoL team which makes them fake KesPa now.
Samsung doesnt have a LoL team?
KeSPA killed it
I though LoL was huge in korea why would they let all their players go?
Riot imposed a rule that forbids organizations from having two teams, in the ensuing chaos Chinese teams bought the top players (this year's world champs...) and Samsung kind of crumbled
That's kind of hilarious.
The governance of international competitive institutions (sports, chess, etc.) is often iffy; dare to imagine how things will turn out in esports, where a company owns the game.
I just got home and I wanted to see MK play -- then I see that the recommended games were ALL the MK games!!!!!!!!!! FFFFFFFFF
You can pretty easily see which games MKP won based on which polls are 5 stars
I love MK . I really respect his micro ability because I used to play fighting games competitively and that shit was hard to execute so I know the value of execution -- or at least, I appreciate it a lot.
