New accounts with fewer games played always have better win rates, because it takes some time for the system to figure out their true MMR and they play against weaker players as they're climbing up. 2 accounts with 100 games each will always have better win/loss than 1 account with 200 games, for the same player.

And it looked like this: TOP 16 8T 5P 3Z Top 50 21T 18P 11Z Top 100 35T 36P 29Z Top200 56T 80P 64Z So i really doubt that t will dominate gml enywhere except korea. eu and na gml will be most likely filled with toss. The big question here is what will blizz do

I wish ladder was play anyone anywhere and we were all on the same ladders. I think there still are some technical issues when it comes to truly global ladder. Lag being one of them. DoA said that he stopped experiencing lag in one of the SotG when playing on the HotS server. I assume the MM was mostly matching up with players near him. Plus the HotS GSTL Preseason didn't seem laggy either. Though I do agree that if a player from South Korea had to play against someone from North America (for example), one of them has to be lagging. Either they're playing on a server from South Korea or a server from North America). There's not much that can be done in this case about lag. But global play in HotS is really good since it usually matches you up with someone on a server/region you're in (so you and both players do not experience lag). The worse case scenario is when the match maker can't find anyone for a long period of time and it matches you on a different region than you're used to (though if Blizzard does do this ,they could add a filter like Dota 2). In Dota 2, it's a shared in the sense you can play with anyone but there are multiple regions/servers you can play (without having to "switch" regions, instead you just filter out which regions you want to play on or not). You set it to you only play on a server to a specific region or you set the filter to have any region (which means you can play anywhere). Lag is definitely noticeable though but it's not too bad. Though with Dota 2, people rarely really play cross server or region (only if their current server is bad or empty). Though I do like that I can play with a friend from EU (for example), and you can get used to the lag. The joke I like to make when I play on another region, is "I'll pretend I'm playing on WC3 Battle.net before the days of listchecker and all those third party apps that reduce the min latency!" In WC3 Battle.net, there was a min of 250 ms delay... which is kind of odd because in SC1BW, you could set it between "Low Latency" (which is like 100ms) "High Latency" (probably in between) and "Extra High Latency"(250 or even 500ms, I forgot. The point of the 250 ms delay was for people with bad computers. I wouldn't mind a global server (instead of having to server swap) though you're right, now sure how a global GM ladder would work. If they a global GM ladder, they should keep regional GM ladders too. Global would matter only if players set their match making to play anyone from any region (and that means some games, they'll have to play cross server while other games, they'll play on their home server). I think the main benefit of cross server or cross region play (like Dota 2 or Steam for example) without having to "Region Change" like in SC2 is mostly the social benefits. You can have people from your friendlist in EU, South Korea, etc without having to always switch accounts or clients (like it is now). Not only that, if they make it more like Dota 2, in Dota 2 you can spectate or watch anyone's game (though in SC2, they could make it so you can force games to be private... you can only have someone watch a game if both players opt in to allow watching maybe?) which is also fun.
