Savior has a style very similar to players such as myself, KaaZ, Midian etc (not saying we are Savior calibur, but just for your reference to replays and such) In a sense, the longer the game goes on, the more of an advantage Savior can generate for himself Zerg players like July/Yellow have shown play where the zerg player is trying perform sequential attacks upon a terran player until his defenses crumble. An excellent example of this would be Yellow vs Casy on Cultivation Period game 1. Yellow aggressively sent lurker/ling through all 3 entrances to Casy's main: the front, and both side entrances until defilers came out and Casy was forced to GG Rather than emphasizing aggressive timing attacks, Savior's style is one that emphasizes strong macro, smooth transitions, and solid unit control to stop timing pushes. Savior generates a massive drone count early and, if left to his own, will tech quickly to a hive with few vulnerabilities. We saw that, despite the fact that Savior expanded twice, got 2 evo chambers, and hived very quickly, it was extremely difficult for Nada to find a point at which Savior was weak. Attack after attack resulted in Nada barely coming out on top or losing small MnM groups. However, Nada played the perfect game to counter Savior's. I've experienced this many a time before vs aggressive terran players. Again, if left too unpressured, Savior will grow out of control. Nada effectively put pressure from start to finish w/ a brilliant 6 rax, 1 port, 1 factory build and eventually broke Savior's front. I better stop blabbing and talk about the next game now : ] | ||

Nada has gone 2 rax w/ a faster refinery and Savior has gone 3 hatch early expand Nada going for a fast academy as we speak Gas just now finished for savior and Nada is running around Savior's main w/ a scout SCV | ||

Savior has zerglings positioned about the map ready to counter attack if nada steps out of line Factory almost done now and Nada is throwing down strategically positioned turrets at his main/nat/barrax I'm a little concerned because, despite the good placement, Nada hasn't exactly built very many turrets Starport almost finished for Nada now and tanks are morphing as well Den finished for Savior; we won't be seeing his allin muta/ling style we saw vs Casy Savior easily murders 1 turret in Nada's main | ||
