I will be available mostly on saturday and all day sunday. thanks for the heads up....i have a PM from my original opponent sent today about playing me too...are you sure??? either way I'm not around at all Saturday but Sunday I'm free most all day...I'm eastern time, fyi...and I'll be on tonight too so we can maybe figure out exactly what's going on.
yeah, you're definitely playing zefreak. that PM was sent a few minutes before morevox ragequit the league

he ragequit the league? how/why does one even do that??

Anyone from GnR seen Icculus? I sent him a PM here and have him on my friends list but he hasn't been on. If you guys happen to catch him on Skype or in game tell him to check his PMs and tell him my schedule is free tonight and tomorrow any time after 11 pm EST and on Sunday after the finals for spring arena 2 (Barcrafting it up).
Thanks, SoloTen

Anyone from Kessel seen milky or have his name on TL so I can PM him? Let me know, I should be online most of today and intermittently over the weekend.

I left the league because I am tired of the BM. Neurosis does not know how to stop, its like trying to talk to a 5 year old child.
Also "Rage Quitting" is a term used to describe one getting pissed about the game and quitting, I quit because of you!

hey man, I can't fault you there...for a fun league I've heard/seen lots of things that go against the good will of the league.

Look, it's bad form to talk about it here instead of PM but I was there and you drastically overreacted. What he said wasn't BM and your response was totally inappropriate.
|
How was it an over reaction? I asked nicely for him to stop throwing crap in my face? Yet he kept going with it, acting sarcastic.I, in fact, asked 3 times for him to stop. How is that not BM?
|
Giving you advice and telling you what you need to fix in your build is not throwing crap in your face, and telling him to fuck off is not the appropriate response. You have had problems with frustration and accepting criticism before. I don't know why you thought he came across as BM but it wasn't.
|
It was BM not only because he told me the mistake once and I accepted that, but he kept bringing the mistake up over and over and over again. By the 4th time I acknowledged the same mistake, it seemed to me he was just trying to annoy me. Then he said "You suck" before any inflammatory remarks came from me. My grandfather is on his death bed as we speak, the little patience I do have is nearly wasted by the incredibly stressful job I have. If I ask someone to please stop, does that not count as something?

Dude, you never tell your opponent what he did wrong in a game unless he specifically asks you. Chances are he knew what he did wrong and doesn't need you reminding him of it. It may come with good intentions, but it's kind of a dick move.

Isn't that the point of practice matches? He had a PvP coming up, so he played against Neurosis and I observed. When we noticed something that he could work on, we told him. The thing about Starcraft is that most of the time, you DONT know what you did wrong. Not at this level. People usually focus on things like army control and engagement, not noticing that their timing is 4 minutes off because they have half the probes they should have and half the supply because of it. That's why starcraft is such a difficult game, because mistakes are not always obvious.
There might be past history that you have had with Neurosis that I am not aware of, Morevocals, and that must have influenced the way you interpreted his chat. But I was there, and he was not BM until after you had already blown up at him.

I love how your implying that I possibly didn't know what I did wrong. When I, several times stated I knew exactly what I did wrong.
I'm done arguing about this. If you want to contact me about this situation, send me a PM.

There's nothing more to argue, I just don't want Neurosis' name dragged through the mud even more because of BM that never even happened.

I just want to say I'm bummed out that 2 weeks in a row I've focused my practice on 1 matchup only to have it change on me last minute.
