Well, the Chobo Toss League will be getting another Terran next season. I'm switching. Getting tired of Toss.
Also CyanTheory, would you PM me please? I'm your match for this week. Sorry I haven't been more active, I've been job hunting.

We have made some decisions regarding some issues that were raised in light of the match between Guns and Roaches and The King's Men from Week 4.
Since it appears only one set was played in that match ( RoboBoogey > BoogeeManz ), we can't really give a win to either team. This means that both teams will get a match loss, but because GnR won one set, they'll have their loss registered as 1-4, while The King's Men loss will be registered as 0-5 (since they've lost the set it was played).
So, where do we draw the line when it comes to the minimum of sets played for a match to count as valid? The reasoning behind this decision is the idea that a match can't count unless the better part of it wasn't played, which means that for a match to count, teams must have played at least 3 of the 5 sets. So, the scenarios that may occur are the following:
1. No sets were played, which means both teams get a 0-5 score; 2. One set was played, which means one team gets a 1-4 score and the other gets a 0-5 score; 3. Two sets were played, which means that: 3.1. One team gets a score of 2-3 and another gets a score of 0-5 (if the first team won the two played sets); 3.2. Both teams get a score of 1-4 (if both teams won a set and lost a set).
To accomodate this decision, rule 6 has been edited to the following:
6 - If a set isn't played for whatever reason except the one listed in 6.1, the set result is registered as 0-0, and both teams get a set loss. The match has to have at least 3 sets played in order to be valid. If a match has less than sets played, both teams get a match loss, with the played sets taken into account in defining the final match score.
If you have any questions regarding this decision, please tell us.

Are you serious? Only one game got played? What the hell happened there? I know my team doesn't play all the matches but its only one that doesn't get played.

Under those circumstances, I'm pretty sure you get a walkover. You have to have some sort of evidence that you were trying to schedule the match though, whether that be pm, posting in the thread, talking to their coach etc.
Which is why when I am having trouble with my opponent, I do all of the above. Send him a PM (partly for my records), post in the thread throughout the week and bug other players that are on the team I am against. That way nobody doubts that I was actively trying to schedule.

That's when we need proof - PMs, chat screenshots, emails, etc. We don't want to have to give walkovers or have any sets not played, but when we go a week and a half and all we hear is "we're working on it" instead of anything specific at all, we're just not going to put up with it.
