It's the russian client, and it has such cool features:
Not only the humours, but the gluttony window has bars with numbers! you have a logout command: :lo There is a disabled render option if you have multiple accounts to save resources. (so your other account can chop wood etc) It saves window locations so you dont have to drag them every time you log in!!! Items now show their purity without having to mouse over. You can shift right click to send all items of that kind to the other window (like shift + left click on each item yourself) It has item sorting build in using above method, arranged by purity.
THE BIG ONE: it has item icons on the minimap. And an ingame window where you can turn items on/off.
the rest of the minimap is similar to ender's.

Tips & tricks:
Shift + left click on items in your inventory moves them to another open window, like a chest/backpack/trade container. You can turn the camera using Middle mouse button. You can zoom in by scrolling your mouse wheel.
You can shift + scroll wheel items in and out of a building sign. You can shift+ middle mouse button, when building an item, to change and hold its rotation.
You can press 1 (or 2 if there are multiple use options, like devil's wort and old log) to perform the option that appears when you right click an item, both in the world and in your inventory. So you right click - press 1 and are done, no need to hit that perform button with your mouse.
Dross, byproduct of smelting, can be used as a substitute for chipped stone. Wood chippings, from splitting a wood log, maple leaves and autumn grass all count as tinder. Crowberry stalk, blackberries and huckleberries all count as berries, in e.g. Berries-on-a-Straw.
Singing Old Log can be used in a wicker man recipe, giving you a wicked wicker man with vastly increased stats.
Item values depend on their purity multiplier, which differs per area.
Raise all four humours at a steady rate to make it easier. Raising Blood to 12.0 before raising any other humours means raising the ones at 5.0 requires getting 12 points of influence to raise.
If eating a food causes two humours to exceed the highest value, the humour that has a lower maximum value will be increased.

Game Development: Hooked on a Feeling
We've been developing, and here's what's new:
There is now fishing. Some areas of the map are more abundant in fish than others. Which areas shift somewhat over time, but they have a permanent factor to them, so if you find a good spot it will probably never be entirely useless.
You fish by making yourself a pole, equipping it with a bait or a lure, and then it to yourself. Lures and poles lose health over time as you use them. The higher your "Frontier & Wilderness" value, the longer you can use the gear before it breaks. Under "Adventure" you have a "Fish" icon. Use it. Click water.
For every use of the equipment, you have a chance for a fish to bite. Which fish depends on the equipment, and when it bites, you'll be given options. Each fish responds differently to the different options. If the fish is pulling you out, you're doing it wrong. If you are pulling the fish in, well, guess.
Claims no longer need spacing
Villages can now "Invoke Eminent Domain" to remove claims under their authority.
Clamps & Composts can be destroyed.
