But i have other problem. Starcraft just crashes in my machine. I can play 5 minutes or an hour, but it always crashed after some time, so i have to shut down my pc and reboot.
Does anyone have similar problem? How it can be solved? Please, help.

Upgrading perhaps wasn't your smartest move. My advice, downgrade XP/Vista

I can't set up XP because there are only Vista drivers to my graphics card. I have laptop, and this card doesn't support XP ![]()

Most of the geeky nerds that have installed it in their comps, have said that it's faster and it's filled with good new features. Also, since the last release it's just as Release Candidate, I wouldn't expect things to work all the time.

I googled some pirate drivers, but afaik officialy it doesn't support XP. Anyways, i though, if it will be some way to play Starcraft under Windows 7, cause it looks great, and this bug is its only weakness.

Because I've done the same as you, changing to 256 colours disablingall the features and etc but still the colours are so fucked up when I launch BW. That alone has turned me off to try out the so-called one of the most promising windows to be launched.

That alone has turned me off to try out the so-called one of the most promising windows to be launched. Open the screen resolution window and let it stay open when you launch BW. To avoid crashes you might want to shut certaint things down, as some processes seem to conflict with the old old engine of SC. So shut down Winamp, and various other things that may use your wave output - such as flash videos in your browser or other flash content. Also, Chrome fucks it up big time.

Unfortunately the only away around it is to not run Starcraft in Windows 7. Either by playing through a VM or dual booting with XP.
