Anyways, here goes:
"Start" >> rightclick on "Network" >> "Properties"

You should see a window like this now; click on "Advanced" >> "Advanced Options"

Basically you should see something like this:

Now you just need to click on "Hamachi" and the arrow pointing up and promoting Hamachi, this means that Hamachi IPs have a higher priority. This is needed for old games such as Broodwar to realize not to check your internet IP rather than your Hamachi IP. It should look like this in the end:

I just realized that the pictures aren't that clear, but the most important parts are highlighted, so you should get the idea of how to configure it.
