MVP's situation
This is one of MVP's last two matches in the regular season. Thanks to their mapscore and their positive mapscore against mousesports in particular, MVP only needs to win either this match or the match against ROOT to qualify for the playoffs. Even with two losses they are well in the running with as the other competitors for the playoff spots are playing against each other.
Liquid's situation
With two wins in their remaining four matches they should qualify for the playoffs. The unrealistic exception to this is Axiom not conceding more than one loss in their remaining matches and either Team Acer or mousesports winning every match of the season while improving their mapscore drastically.

Travel accomodations are provided by the league. I am not sure if this equals the guaranteed $1,500 you get for appearing at the finals which would be way too low for a Non-European team. All I know is that in the beginning of the season they said that travel accomodations would be fully covered by the league.

It seems to me that the game speed is to slow. Stimmed marines don't seem fast enough.
