Best of 3 in all rounds.

In a Best of 3 map veto (removal and pick) system is used. The high seeded player(seeds can be found at round 1 on the grid page) decides who starts. Players take it in turn removing maps until only one remains in a best of 1 or until only 3 maps remain in a best of 3 or until 5 maps remain in a Best of 5. Then each player picks a map. Maps are played in order they are picked. The remaining map is played last.

I hope we can see players like Naniwa, Scarlett, Snute in this qualifier. I guess the players like Innovation, Mvp, Soulkey are already seeded in the stage 2, this actually may be tougher than the main tournament.

To avoid conflicting with GSTL, we have moved the Open Cup to the 14th of July.

Kespa and non-Kespa players have separate qualifiers, here is a link for Kespa players:
http://www.esl-asia.net/asia/sc2/masters/sh_13_kespa_quali/leagueinfo/

My guess is that each of the two qualifiers will have top 4 to join 8 seeded players to compete in Stage 2.

I find myself getting more pumped up over this qualifier than the grand finals itself.
