"Your video seems to be stuttering. Selecting a lower quality may improve your experience." .... No it wont, because at 360p AND stuttering it is as bad as can be tolerated and clearly the problem doesnt lie on my end of the line.

I get what he was trying to do and against anything which wasn't the build that jogging did, I'm pretty sure he would have been fine. The fact he got his tanks late really hurts you when the opponent does some kind of two base shove, he just didn't have any good untis left for defense.
