Many people are motivated by the desire to be remembered after death. This is their impetus for success, to be appreciated, recalled, and cherished for centuries to come. Many important people have come and gone throughout history, yet they slowly fade away. Who are the most important people in human history? I'd put my bets onto Newton, Galileo, Copernicus, and Einstein. They are the individuals that have truly reshaped human society, and are the most worthy of remembrance. But sadly, who gives a fuck about Galileo? All modern society cares about is Nicki Minaja's boobs or other inane celebrity gossip. It is a truth that people live in the present, not the past. This causes me to take a step back. While an individual life is already quite forgettable in the scope of human existence, it is far more picayune in the scope of Earth's history. You are but a small speck of flesh that exists for maybe a hundred years out of three billion years of life on Earth's surface. We step further and further back, and the goal of fame becomes more and more inconsequential. In fact, pretty soon all motivation is lost. The impetus for a rigorous lifestyle is replaced by an insatiable desire for hedonism. Why should one labor tirelessly for something unattainable, when you can simply eat burgers, sleep, masturbate, etc? This is why I have come to a startling conclusion. White Americans are the master race. Rather than studying or doing something "meaningful" with their lives, they smoke marijuana and have sex because that is what brings them pleasure and happiness. They are the enlightened individuals of our age. Who cares if you are obese and die at age 30? Your existence simply went from 5x10^-7% of the universe's age to 2x10^-7%. I realized that my self superiority is meaningless. Those that I mock in fact are enlightened, and I am the misguided individual. I would get some drugs and eat them, but I've been indoctrinated too long by my trashy liberal family. What shall I do to rectify my strayed ways? I am not worthy. I am not worthy.
