I think if EG-TL can bring it to alive and Oz they can go to an ace match, but I think it will be difficult to not get swept by Khan. It all depends on Revival beating Reality imo

So what would it take for EGTL to actually make the playoffs at this point? They're 10-17 and you have to at least break even to make playoffs, but with their map score they need to be 1 game above .500 - 22-20 (minimum). It seems like they need to go at least 12-3 in their remaining games, which only gets harder as the WCS moves on and half their team is busy with other things (as opposed to a much smaller percentage of the KESPA teams).
As happy as it would make me, it seems 2 straight 6-1 rounds is unlikely...

I don't think there is a minimum map score, it's just used for tiebreakers
edit: even still, I don't have much hope in EG-TL

EG-TL can't afford to lose many more matches. They have to win this one and then go at least 5-2,5-2 in the next 2 rounds to have a chance at making top 4. With Taeja not able to play in every match it's looking grim.

Don't think that Khan will have any problems dismantling EGTL who just came home from their Swedish adventure.
Edit: Yeah it's pretty hard to get 5 maps in a Bo7 format. :p

That's not what he said. Their awful map score means they have to be 1 match ahead of any other team to be placed ahead of them. Since 4 teams make it a 50% record is a reasonable cutoff so they need to be above 50% to make it, meaning they need to be at least 12-3 from now on.

Very scary starting lineup from Khan. I could see this going either 4-0 in favor of Khan, or 4-3 either way.

Some great matches here. Definitely looking forward to it. Jaedong, Hero, Roro and Jangbi all got good games. Should be sweet.
