Alright you glorious bastard listen up. First of all, what are you doing here reading this they're spewing on r/starcraft, I'll grant you. But here's the thing: people are dumb! So you're gonna read something here maybe just to pass the time before the match, maybe because you doubt yourself and are looking for encouragement. But here you'll find haters. Less than on reddit, but they're out there, lurking and waiting for that moment they can claim they saw result X coming all along. The thing is, like Socrates says, "they don't know shit." The only thing that old fart knew was that he knew jack, which is a hell of a lot more than most know, myself included.

Sure, Socrates was rambling on about what some other self righteous know-it-alls would term existentialism, but the point still stands. None of us will ever know what it's like to experience what you have experienced. That's what I'm getting at here. So any opinion you get on here (whether positive or negative) about you, your life, your ability, your choices, is by it's very nature ill-informed. Since you are here however, I'll give it a shot:

Center? Who the hell is Center? He doesn't even have a team anymore! Mock him, pwn him, but do not hate him. For without noobs, you would not be l33t. + Show Spoiler +

Seems to have pretty decent TvP, But can he take out the man that took down Ryung and Yoda in back to back BO3s a little over a month ago? Doubt it.

Last but not least is Finale. He's a protoss. 'nuff said.

You see, the problem is everyone's got an opinion, and then they state it as fact. However, the only fact of the matter is that in the end it’s just you vs them. I won’t lie it won't be easy. Nor should it be. You're a dude that's poured your soul into this though, and that pays dividends. It has in the past, and it might tonight as well. Then again, it might not. Not due to your skill, or theirs; What I'm saying is that variance happens. Sometimes you'll be king of the world, and other times the world sits on you and takes a galactic dump on your life. That can be rough, especially when there are people watching. Nobody out there will understand what it's like to experience the things you have, and yet all of us will form an opinion about them anyway. You shouldn't be listing to those opinions, or mine. I could tell you to put it all out of your head and focus on the moment, but I'm just some dude on the internet. You can let your coach, or your team mates influence you, but don't let some twats on the internet do that, that's bad news.

There is good news however, and the good news is in the end it's all just a game. No, not so much starcraft, that's your profession. I'm talking about the larger game, the game of life. The thing with life is, it's not a game of inches. It's not so much the little inches that add up that push you into the endzone, it's more a series of starcraft games. Some will go well. Some won't. The key is to enjoy them. Don't get angry at life, because no matter how much you bash your head or fist against the walls of life nothing will change. Enjoy the ride. If you don't do so well tonight, who cares? It might seem like the last WoL GSL is a big deal, but it likely will pale in comparison to first HoTS GSL.

The haters are gonna hate regardless of the result. The fans will stick by because they love watching you play. The wheel of fate could spin in your fortune tonight, as it did for Mana months ago when he went 2-2 and made it, or it could spin the other way. Might as well enjoy the ride.

So go out there, and smite your enemies with the force of a thousand suns. Channel the will of the universe through your mind and through your fingers. There is order and there is chaos in this universe. That is the nature of varience. To every action there is an equal and oposite reaction. It's a roller coaster of joy and despair to those who do not stop to smell the roses. Your fans will chant om mani padme hum that the universe might aid you in your quest tonight. (Or something sounding less dumb). Should it not happen tonight I'm confident you shall rise like a phoenix and woe to him who stands against you in HoTS.

I guess what I'm saying boils down to two things:

FUCK! That sounded WWWWAAAAAAAAYYYYY better in my head. I probably could make it decent if I had time, but I don't, and I've typed it up now and I kind of don't want that effort --pathetic though it may be-- to go to waste.0 So screw it, I'm gonna post it. Heh, and yeah, it's probably more fanboyish than necessary. That's the beauty of the internet though, it lets you do goofy stuff like this.

I hope HuK will do well, but there's a good chance he'll go 0-5. He did not seem on top of his game when I saw him stream but maybe he was just throwing all his opponents off ^_^

Wouldn't be surprised to see Center and finale make it.

I'd rather Fantasy doesn't make it tbh, GSL too distracting when I need him to be consistent. =/
