It's too be expected that some people just doesn't fall in love with the game or that they're simply tired of the progamer life and that new people will come in to replace them.

I heard that a LOT of them switched to LoL. Don't remember where I heard that though so I may be completely wrong.

Not possible, those players are old already, progaming will have to stop at some point. It is not ideal to switch to another game. They need to find a real job, or coaching job, get married, have kids.
