If you're tired of solo que, can't find people to play with, or just want to get better, you're welcome to join fellow TL members in our North American in-house practice group.
This group's main purpose is to organize and play in-house 5v5 draft games. However, it is also appropriate to use it for:
• Finding a duo que partner
• Organizing a ranked 5v5 team
• Coordinating times to log on for future in-house games
How do I join?
Joining is easy. In the bottom right of the client, click the chat button and join "LiquidPractice".

What to do once you've joined?
The first week or so will be a little rocky in terms of participation. However, once everyone figures out what time people sign on, activity should start to pick up. For now we'll all try to log on and get games running around 6 pm PST. Since everyone should be off work/school by then regardless of timezone. Note that this by no means the only time to play. Feel free to coordinate groups whenever enough people are logged on.
How do I know if a lobby is already in progress?
Simple! Either ask in chat, or just go to the custom game browser and and press "join a game". Next, check the box that says "show private games". LiquidPractice games are usually named "tlnet1". Type that in to the search bar and hit join. The password is 123. Please abide by the naming standard of tlnet1 // 123 when hosting lobbies. Should there be enough people to host 2 or even 3 games simultaneously, these games will be named tlnet2 and tlnet3 respectively. This system is subject to change if any problems arise, but should be fine for the foreseeable future.
Can we use voice chat during these games?
Yes! In fact you are encouraged to do so. Teamspeak has supplied TL with a 200 slot server to use for voice chat. We even have our own channel! To connect, follow these instructions.
1) Download Teamspeak 3 here: http://www.teamspeak.com/?page=downloads
2) When you reach the screen below, make you sure you choose Teamliquid as the site that informed you about teamspeak.

3) Run the teamspeak installer and configure your microphone
4) Connect to the Teamliquid server by following these instructions: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=173019
5) Don't forget to bookmark the Teamliquid server for future use. Once you're authenticated, just press the bookmark button and then press yes when prompted.
When you want to connect in the future, navigate to Bookmarks -> Teamliquid in the Teamspeak 3 client. (You can only bookmark once you're authenticated).

6) Lastly, once you're on the server, join the "TL Practice Lobby" channel. The password is "liquidparty". There are 4 rooms so we can run 4 games at once, and users can create their own temporary channels for their team within these channels. Thanks Neo and TheMango
