quote from dragon :
"After I left SlayerS, I contemplated going back to work. I thought about it and realized..."
Dragon leaves slayers saying he wants to focus on work and just do sc2 as a hobby.
Dragon changes his mind. Jessica accuses him of being a liar. really I don't see any reason why she did this it really bothered me and I for one think she is out of line, leave the guy alone he doesn't need any more drama. She really has nothing to do with him anymore this is so unprofessional seriously. Seems like causing drama for the sake of drama.
Does anyone else think Jessica's reaction is unreasonable or am I alone on this?
Edit: THE scum of the earth thing was ment to be an exaggeration play on jessicas exaggeration of the situation. I am sorry i put it i sould have made it more clear it was an exaggeration i thought people would check the twitter statement. I AM SORRY!!!! Please dont focus on that i was merely trying to defend dragon here!!

I don't thinnk unreasonable, I think we don't know the full story, thats why we really should not comment on it too much.
also I don't think this warrents a thread alone. there was already talk in the previous thread about dragon.

her tweets, you might not be alone but I don't think we need a topic for this.. people was already discussing about it on the topic about Dragon joining milenium

Yeah Jessica is known to be quite the psychotic matriach of the Slayers family. too bad there are these people who resort to publicly stating stuff. Whatever drama you have, keep it behind the curtains ladies.

Ah, another jessica twitter thread. This will certainly be entertaining.

Even if we don't know the full story, it wouldn't be the first time she's been WAY too dramatic

I made this thread directed towards Jessica not Dragon joining Mill

Ah I was google translating some of this earlier. I thought she was talking about x6Sleep but didn't know it was Dragon. Ic makes more sense :D

Dragon likely did it for the money - but we can never really know.
Korean culture clashes with American culture there - we don't think leaving a team for more money is a bad thing in most cases. But in Korea its much more like a family, and turning your back on them for money, and especially lying about it to your team, is extra BM.

Someone on reddit translated the Korean and it offers a little bit more insight.
Korean tweets provide more context. Seems like she's just disappointed with him about lying, which coupled with the other Twitter/Facebook guy that lied to SlayerS has got her all depressed. SlayerS_Jessica After leaving the team saying that he was going to play SC2 as a hobby... He goes to a new team... We've never stopped anyone from joining another team. Other players told us their intentions honestly before changing teams... Compared to them this is a bit disappointing yeah? Lying isn't very good. We wouldn't have stopped you from leaving... Being lied to doesn't feel good... Don't be like that anywhere else okay? Don't talk about being a former SlayerS player either.. I'm embarrassed that a liar like you was in our team. The more time passes, the more people are disappointing me..Is this why they say it doesn't matter to raise people? Why am I even doing this? To be honest, even when he was leaving the team he just put it on his twitter and that's when we knew that he had left the team. He left the team without a word and when I asked him the reason he said that he wanted to play as a hobby and return to work...

She said on her twitter" @SlayerS_Jessica 답글 리트윗 관심글 담기 · 열기 사실 팀탈퇴도 본인이 자기트윗에 떡하니 올려서 탈퇴햇다고 해서 나도 그때서야알았다는거지. 말도없이 탈퇴하고 이유를 물으니 취미로 하고 직장복귀한다길래 그러라 했더니.. "
this means Dragon suddenly tweeted He will leave slayers and Jessica saw Dragon's tweet that he leaves by seeing the tweet.. Jessica asked Dragon why he wants leave without telling her anything and then Dragon said he wants to play SC2 for his hobby and go back to his work. So Jessica could accept.
I feel Jessica's reaction is understandable as it seems Dragon did not discuss enough with the entire Slayers team before he left and then suddenly joined another team.
Edit : and where did you get that " scum of the earth " thing

Really? Where did you see this information? Unless you can prove that one of her korean tweets claims he is scum of the earth I suggest you take that part out of your OP. Extremely juvenile and sensationalistic to claim that she has called him "scum of the earth" when all she said was he is a liar.
|
"scum of the earth" where that come from?
she is just disappointed and tweeted her frustration, misjudged or not(only speculations from us)....move on?
|
you seem to take her response entirely out of context. no where did she ever state that dragon was "scum of the earth", she just said that she feels like she had been lied to and felt disappointed at him, it wasn't as if she accused him with inflammatory language or anything.
if someone did the same thing to you, won't you feel at the very least a little cheated and disappointed? you really should change the OP to be less biased if you want to be taken seriously.

This.
I can't say I disagree with Jessica being unhappy about Dragon joining Mill, but to be fair to Dragon and Mill as well, there was no reason for Jessica to go public with that comment. I understand it's her Twitter and it's her prerogative as to what she can post on her Twitter, but sometimes, I think she needs to reel in on that emotional kind of outburst(?) and take it in her stride that something has happened and try to find a more PR way to address it. I guess it's her passion for her team and the 'motherly' kind of instincts she has when she manages SlayerS which causes her to react really strongly when something like this happens.

Ahh, you have to take into acount that the tweet is in English. Who knows ? Maybe google-translate fucked-up ? Not sure if her English is good enugh to make a tweet this size . Just sayin, I dont think she did this on purpose, even if she wrote this in English she might have meant something less dramatic.~.~ Y so much hate.
|
biased topic creator is biased. "scum of the earth", the fuck?
|
Please change the OP b/c it's obviously very bias w/ the "scum of the earth" part
|
Dunno full story, but what I do know is that Jessica has a history of being an overreactive drama queen.
I don't know about everyone else, but my image of her as the godmother of slayers or w/e drifted away a long time ago. Being Boxer's woman can only save you for so long. To put it as kindly as possible, I'm tired of her.
