I don't think Dragon lied, he probably just found joy in competing again and signed to another team. It may have been too awkward to go back to SlayerS and I'm sure Mill offered him something very nice.

I'd say just leaving your team through a tweet is a bit unprofessional, but was he even living in the team house?

Impossible to know if he really changed his mind about wanting to play more as a hobby or if he had planned on joining a foreigner team all along so I don't see the point in getting mad at him.

Seems like it would be better for Dragon being something special on a foreigner team rather than bottom of the ladder on a pro Korean team. Not sure how true that is though.

dunno looks like she really wanted dragon on the team and then he left because he allegedly wanted to work but then he decided he didn't want to work and now jessica feels like she's been lied to

i have no idea really, i try to ignore this drama because no one really knows the true story here. just a bunch of nerdy people sitting speculating over a couple of tweets. this could just as easily be jessica disappointed that dragon, from her point of view, lied to her. i don't think people lie a lot in korea or something like that, i'm not an expert on korean culture by any means.

Scum of the earth? I didn't see that anywhere. Sounds like she's just disappointed in him for lying. Should she have kept this private? Maybe. But I can understand where she's coming from. Whether Dragon lied or whether he changed his mind, to her it's going to seem as if he left for more money without being honest about it.

Could it be possible that Dragon was planning to go back to work after leaving SlayerS, but teams saw his twitter mentioning him leaving SlayerS then jumped at him with offers? Does this seem likely to anyone else? When you can play a game and make the same money as a job it's very unlikely that you will go and do that job instead of gaming.

What i could imaging happend was that dragon was released from his contract on good terms without some sort of contract-breaching fee. Slayers agreed to this because they are friendly/didn't want to take legal actions etc. pp or whatever reason. Now Dragon joins another team (prob. gets a salary) ... Team Slayers is pissed ... Dragon was in the SlayerS Clan.
Announced via Twitter his leave without consulting the team.
Told Jessica he quit to play as hobby
Joined another team.

And we've been over this a thousand times. You don't have to follow Jessica. She cares/is emotional about her team. Dragon DID say he was going to focus on other things.
