Today I would like to inform the community that Team Legion will be disbanding it's roster in Korea. Chita, Mystic, and Boss (formerly team Psw) will be leaving their house in Korea and moving in different individual directions in their Starcraft 2 careers.
Our players in Korea have been a great asset to our team and we thank them for competing with us for 5 months. Our initial agreement with Psw regarding the partnership has come to an end, and they will be canceling their lease in Korea and moving in different directions. We have made this decision in order to focus our budget on our North American roster, and concentrate more on improvement in that region. Our Korea coaches and NA managers have reached this agreement on good terms. -LgNDarigaz -Team Legion Owner
NOTE: Legion IS NOT disbanding, only 3 players from our korea roster are disbanding.

Sad to hear but now you can work on your NA roster and it might all be fore the best. Best of luck legion!

Hope this means more travel stipend for your NA players.

psw = personal support worker

I suppose this was expected. Legion started out strong but slowly declined. In the end, though I hope they can pull together a good, strong roster =)

Sad to hear, but hopefully the korean players find a home soon. I only knew of PsW through watching streams and they didn't exactly have the greatest reputation.
Good to hear that they're focusing their budget on NA players and fostering the NA environment. We need more teams to focus on growing foreign talent rather than buying korean.

Hope the US roster can still stand strong

Hopefully the US roster works out. Congrats on your recent addition of Reborn also. Your team is looking strong ^^

I personally think this should have been included in the OP... + Show Spoiler +Our agreement with Psw was on the terms that we would re-evaluate the partnership after ESEA. Having done so, all parties have decided to go their seperate ways. Because of scheduling conflicts, practice with the koreans was lacking for our NA players, and the lag between servers has been causing problems. Exposure for our sponsors was also lacking with the Korea roster because we can only play them in online team leagues and clan wars.
I will say, this is pretty logical for LgN since they've been really focusing on their NA roster a lot more lately, but I feel sorta bad for the psw guys since they were really the original "power" of LgN. They may not have the best reputation on Korean server, but ehh. Idk.
Either way, good luck to legion, like I said NA roster is definitely looking improved.

I agree with Kyo, team legion's power house players were the korean players.

They were basically hired to do well in ESEA. They didn't, so it ended. End of story.
