EPTDoes anyone else love adblocker?
kind of a weird blog, but it seems rather topical considering the hate it gets for cutting into ad revenue. Is it a good thing or bad thing?

I used to disable it for TL, but then all I got was dating ads. So it's back on | ||

It really is amazing software, because it DOES deny ad revenue from sites. However, it only does good when used ethically, and it used when ads truly interfere with content. | ||

The problem is that in a more technical community like TL, pretty much everyone knows how to block ads. I tried turning it off for TL, but to load the ads I would have had to whitelist every ad service in noscript, so I just gave up. | ||

Not looking at ads online is more comparable to changing the channel or fast fowarding through commercials on TV. | ||
