EPTAfter trying to find the new version of Starboard, just to realize, that I already had it, I thought: "Wouldn't it be great, to have a thread, with all the streaming related tools in it"
So as usually nothing gets done, if nobody starts it. So I will be posting all the tools I know, with the thread link right next to them.
If I missed a useful tool, don't hesitate to tell me. So here goes:
Tools for Streaming:
Starboard:
Very useful Scoreboard for Starcraft II. Does not overlap with the food count of the in game name panel activated by pressing CTRL + N.

Alpha Caster:
Another Scoreboard for Starcraft II. It seems though, as development on it has stopped.

Twitch.TV Commercial Runner
Nice tool made by Ascend (same as Starboard). It will automatically play commercials, when ever you leave a game, based on the replay folder.

Stream Privacy:
A tool, that allows you to make a window layered, which prevents XSplit from picking it up.

Show Current Song:
A small tutorial on how to make an overlay with XSplit showing the song you are currently listening to. It auto updates every other second. No more people in chat whining about wanting to know which song is being played.

Scene Switcher:
This handy little program enables you to switch XSplit scenes automatically when entering a game of Starcraft II or a replay. Same goes for exiting it as well. Alt-Tab support was added not to long ago as well.

StarInfo
StarInfo is a bot for streamers that will display to your stream chat information about your opponent whenever you enter a game on SC2.

Auto Scene Change:
Practically the same tool, which R1CH made (referring to Scene Switcher) but it allows for a Dual PC set-up and is as far as I can see, a bit more customizable.

SharpEdit's SC2 Overlay:
Really awesome looking overlays for your stream. You can show people watching the name of your stream, the race you play and what music you are listening to. In addition, they just look beautiful!

Game Overlays:
Not as much a tool, but rather the race overlays in the bottom right of the screen, so you will have less trouble adding webcam footage etc.

Tools for SC2 in General
SC2 Scrapbook:
A notebook for Build Orders. You can even activate a transparent overlay, which you can use in ladder games or custom games in SC2. Since the overlay is not injected, there is no possibility of getting banned.

Really useful tool for players who want to analyse their replays. It shows you your APM, your played BO and a lot more.
