If you spot twitch.tv live/not live links saying "rate is limit exceeded" before like xx:45, please shoot me a PM about it. - Currently we're using an anonymous api for justin.tv/twitch.tv and it has an hourly limit. Trying to find out if we can keep it that way or not.
