People not voting for one of the top three candidates at the end of the day should considered scummy as fuck, especially if we don't reach a majority. I agree with you that we need to separate posting restrictions from actual actions. However through all of my experience there have been plenty of players some as almost a good as me who have made it known that they do not tolerate BM.
What this means is that rather than just sucking and basing lynches off of just one action, we actually need to hunt mafia.
