Hey everyone,
I figured I'd end my lurker status by seeing if there's any interest in watching some MLG July 30-31. I have a friend who runs a quick-serve restaurant in downtown Edmonton on Jasper Ave and 109st. There's about 5 flat screens and a stereo system throughout the store. They're usually just displaying menu items, so I figured "Why the hell not stream some SC2?"
So I've talked to my friend, and he's willing to rig something up so that we could stream the HD MLG stream on all of the TVs. If you think this would be cool and would like to come down for a bit to watch some games or have any suggestions, let me know in this thread. If there's enough interest, I'll try to set something up and make a more official announcement before the event.

My roommate and myself would be interested. Also, If you search TL, there are a bunch of other guys from Edmonton that are active on here. PM them to see if there is interest! GL keep this thread updated!

Now that that is out of the way we can get down to the nitty gritty, where is it when is it and who is the person that I love?
There is a Tournament being held at OverKlocked on the 23rd that I manage the brackets for and we can totally give you guys a shout out to the attendees if you know the details by then.

A shout out would be fantastic. I'll put an announcement together before this weekend with all the relevant details.
I should mention the place isn't licensed for boozy beverages, but there's a bar right around the corner if one wants to slake his/her thirst between rounds. Fear not, if we get a good turnout, the owner will attempt to get a temporary liquor license for future events.

I love the idea of an Edmonton barcraft event! Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend, but I will do my best to send people to this thread post.

General advice on organizing after locating a new BarCraft Bar
1. Create a new subreddit for your BarCraft city.
2. Post on a self-post at r/BarCraft, a self-post titled "Barcraft [city]!" with location, date, event, and subreddit information.
3. Let me know these two, so I can start linking them with my resources
4. Once you have a finalized event and time (and tested the technical difficulties), create a new thread @ [TL communities](http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/index.php?show_part=37)
