What would it be?
List one question you would like to ask any progamer, and then list a second question that you would want to ask a specific pro gamer. Is there a motive for this thread? Sure is, come up with something creative and you may just see it in a future interview ![](/mirror/smilies/smile.gif)

I know my question is not gonna get selected for an interview because it's too personal, but i think it would be good to know what bw really means to them.

Manifesto7: I am interested in how they manage their time between massive practice sessions, breaks, eating, and any other activities they may have. How long and how hard to they practice? How long do they need to recover before doing it again? How much practice do they need? Does it need to be close to game time? These aren't my questions for you to ask; I can't think of any, so I'm just trying to get my curiousity across. Sorry. :-)

i would ask how much money they get because im gonna be pro gamer :0

What do you see yourself doing in 5 years? What are your views on assisted suicide? Do you have a girlfriend?

Mani,
Since you have connections you could try encourage them to play top foreigners, since they're obviously clueless to our scene. Ask whether they'd be interested in a showmatch or something.

Shinya: how many of leg and rek's builds are stolen from you? hehe
edit: general question: have you ever gotten an advantage during a tv match by fans screaming? ie. by playing more defensivly and avoided an unexpected attack..

What other progamer do you respect the most?
What league is most important to you? When you play in more than one major league, can you be successfull in both, or will you have to focus on one? (e.g boxer doing well in osl but not in ktf)
For eventually Boxer; How did you feel when you won the legendary match vs Joyo on Paradoxxx? How did you even manage to win that?
What do you think of team leagues, and why do you think pro gamers puts less practice into these leagues compared to standard ones like osl?

I don't think that'd be answered honestly. It'd almost be considered cheating.
Rednob's questions seem pretty good. I'd like to see something like, "What inspired you to start playing BW?" or "What inspired you to train hard enough to become a pro BW player?" Maybe both of them as successive questions.

Do you think it is some kind of talent or why do koreans own every RTS game? Why did the World Cyber Games become less attractive to korean pros? If possible, is playing bw professionally something you would like to do your whole life or would you prefer other future plans? Why do you think dominating players like Boxer or Yellow somehow got rid of their crown? Is playing bw professionally only possible in the age of 18-22?
that would be mine

Are there any other games that you play besides broodwar?
|
Has your perception of the game changed with your skill level increasing? [[To illustrate what I mean: When I started playing Sc in 1998, I kinda "divided" the maps (expansions) into parts that belong to the enemy and parts that belong to me. Later, when I had played online, I kind of considered all expansions as sth. the players fight for (i.e. MINE). It might be, that to players at extreme levels, Broodwar is like the matrix- they only see numbers floating...]]
