It's really really really easy to underestimate someone based on a replay. I used to think the same way. Not that I could beat them, but that in a hypothetical situation where I got to play 50 games in a row with my race matchup and map preferences, I'd probably get lucky a couple of times and take a few games. But I have actually played some chinese semi-pros, and unless I was just playing really god awful that day, the gap is wider than I thought.

But it shows how much they dominate when they play in any ladder system going close to undefeated, and I bet they dont even try that hard. This goes for the non boxer/yellow/nada/nal_Ra/etc progamers.

I think it's really too difficult to appreciate the importance of literally everything they do, unless you yourself have been in that environment. very well said.

Day's a good zerg. Very good, plays well against foriegners, and prolly well vs amature pros. He got a RUDE AWAKENING when he played xellos... he doesn't get to practice against a terran that can micro that perfectly and still macro better than him... you give a pro like xellos. 12rines and 4 medics. He'd pick apart ur 5 lurkers 12 ling force like it wasnt even there... Doesnt matter if u think their strats are dumb, or urs are just so much better, what matters is that whatever they do, they are gonna outplay you, regardless. You'd have 0 chance whatsoever, vs anyone who's qualified for OGN , in a lan game vs them.

On what do you base this quite dubious claim? Have you ever played any pros?
