Example: You're playing ZvT, the game is clearly over but your Terran opponent is continuing to play anyway. You say GG. Was this BM? I'm of the opinion that it's very BM. You should always allow your opponent to decide when he's ready to concede defeat. I think the whole idea of "bad manner" is ridiculous, and getting mad because someone says GG before you do..I mean, seriously..grow up? :[ | ||

If people take great pleasure in saying GG first and I do end up losing, I usually let them know that because of that I'm going to hide a bunch of buildings and go afk for awhile. True that's a jackass move on my part, but it's so sickening how rude many people are, I just can't help but hope it's a small step to fixing the problem. EDIT: BTW it's not about caring about "GG" or getting angry, it's more about having good sportsmanship. It's one thing to say "GG" when the victory is clearly won, and leave it at that, but most people don't do that. They'll say GG long before the game is over, or if it is over, they'll add totally random and rude comments after until you leave. It's not that it's a big deal, it's just what entails a lot of the times is totally unnecessary on any level. | ||

The guy that did it to me was in op [cF] and he didn't just say gg, he said gg : D So I'm fairly confident he wasn't angry that I was "wasting his time" by not leaving. | ||
