Won't be long before SC2 is in the same boat. I got an e-mail actually from blizz today, came with all the bells and whistles html formatting, images, background colours. It contained my code for the blizzcon pet and decals, when i clicked the www.blizzcon.com/loot link i then went on to my bnet account and entered the code but it didn't work. I tried a few times and then decided i would start over. when i did this i suddenly noticed the addy from the link in the email was cloaked it actually sent me to http://mailman.netcraft.co.il/t/r/l/vdtmd/kuijthllh/r..... i freaked out, i was like.. holy fuck i just got phished.....noooooooO! So i quickly hit my bnet bookmark (the way i usually go there) and boom i was already logged in.... phew. Just to make sure I changed password, but i have an authenticator anyways so i wasn't too worried... just embarressed for a few moments lol. Anyways, I then put the code in again and it worked. All i have to say is this.... Holy fuck blizzard.... are you serious? cloaking an addy in an e-mail..... its either a bad joke or an incompetent employee..... either way someones head should roll for this. | ||

The second one is the alt e-mail, and i don;t even have a bnet account with that e-mail. I open all e-mails, but I don't click on the links before I right click + properties on the links. Even if its from a trusted site. | ||
