WCG Pan-America is a small tournament where the countries competing in WCG from North and South America can show their skills against each other. The Event started in 2006 and has been hosted in various cities around Mexico. This year, however, the event will be hosted in Sao Paulo Brazil, following the Brazilian national WCG finals.

HOW CAN I WATCH? Unless you are at the event, it's unlikely that you will be able to, Pan-American coverage has always been bad, last year, it consisted of uNcontrolable blogging updates, however, I encourage all players involved to post results here and I will update the OP.

it's funny how SC2 is already getting more love than CS 1.6 since a team of 5 can only win $2,500 at this same pan-am game (so basically they get $500 each compared to a SC2 player who gets double that in winning).

Either way, it's pretty exciting to have so many things going on in SC2 :D

This is for SC1 Broodwar not SC2, it doesnt say in the OP, but its on the Broodwar Section

either way sc:bw or starcraft2

has the amount for sc:bw always been this amount? I guess now that I think of it, the winner of the wcg us finals in 09 was $1,500 while cs 1.6 got $5,000 for the top team (which is $1,000 per person). Guess it's always been like this
