Hey guys!
I had that error and found out how to fix it...
Go into your Battle.Net settings on the web...
Now make sure that in "Settings", you have set your language to, for example, EU if you plan on playing in EU zone...
Mine was set to English (US) and I couldn't log into SC2 with the "no sc2 bound to this b.net account"-error message...
Changed it to English (EU) and it worked instantly... Of course it should also work with German (EU) or whatever your language is...
Just make sure your language code (EU or US or Asia or whatever) matches the Region you want to play in...
Done...

I have a slightly different issue but it is to do with the web battle.net sites. My battle.net account is a US one but since I live in Australia I purchased the SE Asian version. Installed and added the cd key to my account no problems. I'm able to log in and play as well. But . if I go to the SEA battle.net site it says I don't have a StarCraft II accout attached and if I go to the US battle.net site it says the same thing. End result - no forum access and no profile access.
Anyone encountered this and have a solution?

I have similar issue. Didn't have chance to click on 'account' because I got some 'error'. I create new bnet account and now is fine.
