Anyone know about this? It looks pretty good. It's made by the same people that made the survival horror series Penumbra. It's due out next month and there's a trailer out and there's supposed to be a demo coming but its not out yet.

I just finished the demo for Amnesia.. I was (and am) a huge fan of Penumbra, and I've gotta say; Amnesia is a LOT scarier than Requiem or Black Plague
The water cave area had me on the edge of my seat trying to figure out wtf I was supposed to do. Even when I knew there was an 'enemy' nearby it had the same seat-edging effect. If you know what I mean.
On another note, the story also looks really promising.. I can't wait to find out more about it.

Tried the demo, it was horrible.

Let me rephrase that, it was horrifying. Goddamn it, reminded me of why I never finished Penumbra. I'm going to play through it one day.. somehow.

Demo was fun! If you have a nice system and speaker set, it is pretty scary! Also make sure you have the lights off.

Holy cow! HPL engine (reference to H. P. Lovecraft) all Penumbra games available as a pack for 6$ (and they have Linux version too!) and I never saw it?!

The demo was just awesome.... I can't wait to see how the storyline will develop. Since Frictional Games did an amazing story for the Penumbra series, I have a good feeling about this game.

Played the trailer at night with loud speakers on, 26 inch monitor and no lights. I bought the surround sound system from Doom 3

i preordered it after i beat the penumbra games. looks amazing. Penumbra was the scariest game ive ever played. it was amazing.

OMG there's a demo out now! awesome!

I remember hearing about it quite a while back (after playing/finishing penumbra 1&2), and heard about it again seeing a video or few.

Is the game being released in only 2 days?

Nice that the game is almost released, I thought it would take longer for an indie developer like that.

The game comes out today. I think you can play it right now on Steam (I can) but some people have said they couldn't.That said, I'm glad the demo didn't show off the actual first 30 minutes of the game. (ie there's different rooms you go through first, extended areas, etc.)

Started playing the game already. Its really good, im enjoying it. Not too far in the game but i had to stop already, never had such an adrenaline rush after a certain part of the game. Legs got weak ass fuck lolz. Ahhh so nervous to continue it now
